This hands-on session will use the Cambridge Teacher and School Leader Standards as a basis for understanding how to approach whole-school improvement. In the knowledge that school improvement must be driven from the top, how should school leaders begin to gather the data that will allow them to understand how and where improvement needs to begin and how it can then be rolled out across a school? We will look at a range of tools which allow leaders and teachers to understand how they can gather data, drive improvement and measure impact.
