Luma Akkad is a Senior Consultant at Emkan Education. She holds a master’s degree in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Prior to joining Emkan, Luma worked in research and evaluation of national labor and education policies. She has experience in producing research reports, developing quantitative and qualitative data collection tools, and designing implementation plans.
